Kimberly who has taken formal dance lessons growing up, stole the show by leading the Bridal Party in an energized “Rocky Horror Picture… no comments  It was scheduled to rain on Billiejo & Rich’s outdoor wedding but when I talked to Billiejo she said “It is NOT going to rain!” and those clouds listened!
